TAP Portugal has retired its last four Airbus A340 as it gets set to replace its long haul fleet by the end of the year. The airline will now introduce Airbus’ latest generation aircraft: the A330neo and the A321 LR, to complete its long haul routes. In total, the A340 transported more than 12 million customers to over 55 destinations across five continents, the airline said.
