Privately-owned company Sociedad Uruguaya de Aviación (SUA) has expressed its intention to launch a new Uruguayan national carrier. The MercoPress reports that the SUA has expressed its intention to submit the necessary documentation to commence operations in a letter addressed to president Luis Lacelle Pou and key ministers, with undersecretary of transport and public works Juan José Olaizola commenting: “We appreciate the good intentional and will wait for certification.
