Scoot is planning to increase its Taiwan capacity with the addition of its special livery-Pikachu-themed plane in its regular schedule, the airline said in a statement. Starting March 2023, the Pikachu plane will mark its first appearance landing at Taiwan’s Taoyuan International Airport. As of now the airline operates 43 weekly flights to Taiwan with two-third of pre-pandemic capacity restored. The recent schedule includes daily flights to Singapore, Sapporo, and Narita in Japan, and Incheon in South Korea.
