Qatar Airways Cargo has resumed its freighter services to Bahrain, effective September 1, 2023. In addition to the 21 weekly narrow-body passenger flights to Bahrain, Qatar Airways Cargo has launched three weekly Freighter operations, adding more than 200 tonnes of weekly cargo capacity to/from Bahrain. Liesbeth Oudkerk, SVP Cargo Sales and Network Planning said: “We are glad to be back in Bahrain with dedicated freighters three times a week. Bahrain is an important market for us, and having a consistent freighter service will contribute to the economic and trade growth between Qatar and Bahrain.” The imports into Bahrain predominantly consist of general cargo, perishables like fruits, vegetables
