NEW DAILY SHANNON-LGW SERVICE FOR AER LINGUS

Aer Lingus plans to start daily flights between Shannon and London Gatwick from March 27. The Irish airline now services nine routes from Shannon Airport, including London Heathrow, Paris, New York and Boston, as well as regional flights to Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow and Manchester. Aer Lingus Director of Communications, Declan Kearney, said the new route will “complement the existing London Heathrow service, which operates three times daily, broadening the choice for business”
