Nepal Airline is all geared up to acquire three new aircraft to ramp up its domestic operations, according to the Executive chairman of Nepal Airlines, Yuvraj Adhikari. Addressing a public event in Kathmandu, Adhikari also clarified that the airlines is in good financial shape and awaiting a ministry approval the airline would soon purchase three aircraft. “The present Nepal Airlines leadership had a dual role – to speed up structural reform of the airline, including financial reform, while also fulfilling the airline’s role as the national flag carrier,” Adhikari further added.
