Lufthansa will start to fly to the Canadian capital of Ottawa from Frankfurt, Germany for the first time, commencing 16 May 2020. Lufthansa will depart for the North American destination five times a week utilising Airbus A340-300 aircraft. Ottawa will be the fourth Canadian city for Lufthansa to approach, in addition to Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver. The Lufthansa Group – with its airlines Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Edelweiss, Eurowings and Swiss International Air Lines – as well as its joint venture partner Air Canada additionally offer a range of options to fly to Canada.
