Lufthansa and flight attendants’ union zero down on new collective pay agreement

Lufthansa and the flight attendant’s union Unabhängige Flugbegleiter Organisation (UFO) have reached an agreement on new collective pay and terms of employment along with new collective part-time employment for cabin personnel.  With the new agreement, the basic monthly pay will be increased by €250 from January 2023, and an additional 2.5% from July 2023. The agreement will particularly benefit the new employees as their starting salaries will be increased by 17%.
