Low-cost American carrier JetBlue is to commence flights to Tulum, its fourth destination in Mexico, with a daily nonstop service from New York JFK to Felipe Carrillo Puerto Tulum International Airport set to begin on 13 June 2024. Vice president, network planning and airline partnerships at JetBlue David Jehn described the new airport in Tulum as “brand new, modern and convenient”, adding that the city has “proven to be a destination in demand”.
