India low-cost airline IndiGo’s load factor has dipped below the industry average during the second quarter of this fiscal year. For the quarter, the airline’s average domestic passenger load factor was 73.3% compared with the industry average of 74.8%. The price war being waged by its competitors has been blamed for the drop. Although the airline does not disclose its financial figures, media reports suggest IndiGo has been hit financially during the second fiscal quarter.
