IndiGo launches direct flights between Orissa-Dubai, sets premise for tier-II connectivity in India

IndiGo has commenced direct flights connecting Dubai and South Indian city of Orissa from May 15, 2023. The airline has also revealed further plans to connect Bhubaneshwar with Singapore and Bangkok. According to the airline, the thrice weekly service will provide direct connectivity to aviation hubs like Dubai, Singapore, and Bangkok and help channelise the huge potential for economic growth through enhanced accessibility. We are working in close collaboration with the Odisha government to commence international operations from Bhubaneswar which will strengthen air connectivity from the state capital.
