Icelandair states that it has decided to streamline its organisational structure to facilitate stronger performance. The carrier is combining its customer and revenue divisions into a single commercial division, to better focus on the customer experience. Heading this new commercial division will be Tómas Ingason as chief commercial officer (CCO).
