Bankrupt Indian airline Go First has created a new company, SP Mumbai Aviation, to liase with leasing companies. The company primarily consists of former Go First employees and is led by Sachin Naik, who formerly worked in the carrier’s aircraft finance department. The Economic Times reports that a letter from SP Mumbai Aviation addressed to aircraft lessors has confirmed the new company had been formed by “certain Go First” personnel for the “collation of aircraft records/documents”.
