India’s new start-up airline Fly91 recently received its No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and is expected to launch operations by October 2023. The airline will be based in Panjim, Goa and will operate flights to and from the North Goa Airport, the newest airport in the country. According to sources, the airline is planning to lease 6 to 8 regional ATR planes each year and so far, have managed to raise funds worth INR 2000 million from PE firms.
