FIREFLY TO EXPAND ASEAN SERVICES FROM 2012

Malaysian airline Firefly has announced plans to expand its services in Asean – the association of ten Southeast Asian nations – from the third quarter of 2012. Datuk Eddy Leong, managing director of Firefly, said: “Obviously, Asean will be the main focus for us and we are looking at it very carefully.” He added: “We are now going through slot approvals.”
