Emirates Flight Training Academy has purchased three twin-engine DA42-VI and its corresponding flight simulator from Diamond Aircraft Industries for € 4 million in list price. The DA42-VI aircraft is powered by AUSTRO jet-fuel and slated to be the flagship that ushers in multi-engine piston (MEP) training at EFTA. The deliveries are expected to be completed in 2023.
