Brussels Airlines has announced an expanded summer route network after adding two Airbus A320s to its fleet and signing a wet-lease agreement with CityJet for two CRJ-900s. “This cooperation allows us to grow our fleet in a flexible manner and increase our European offer,” said Jan Derycke, head of network strategy & planning at Brussels Airlines, a Lufthansa Group carrier, which said it would add Billund as a destination from Berlin and Copenhagen as well as expand services to and from Birmingham and Hamburg.
