Egyptair has introduced a new direct route connecting Cairo International Airport to Newark Liberty International Airport, thrice weekly. Egyptair already has an established service to New York through JFK, with the new non-stop Newark service airline is expanding its US capacity. Egyptair estimates that the total travel time for this route is to be around 11 hours and 20 minutes. The airline is planning to deploy its B787-9 on the route with 300 seat-configuration.
