Dealreporter has said that the US Department of Justice (DOJ) plans to move ahead with a lawsuit to block the merger between Spirit Airlines and JetBlue even as the latter announced plans to divest slots at Boston and Newark airports to Frontier. The DOJ will present in a Boston Court on October 16 over the Spirit deal.
