China West Air, the low-cost subsidiary of HNA Group, plans to launch its first international services to Thailand and South Korea by the end of this year. The Chongqing-based carrier has already filed an application to CAAC Safety Supervision and Management Bureau of Chongqing to expand its business license coverage to operate international services.
