Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) will operate two Q400NGs purchased by the government for a reported $47 million (Sh103.4 billion). The airline will take delivery of the first aircraft this week under a dry lease from the Government Flight Agency (TGFA). ATCL will provide crew, pay for insurance and maintain the planes.
