Lost-cost carrier Arajet is gearing up to launch new routes between the Dominican Republic and the US, with South America-related announcements also on the cards. “Very soon we will announce new routes to South America and the United States, and we will receive new aircraft, which we will announce on social networks,” said chief executive Victor Pacheco. The carrier operates 42 routes covering nine countries, it said in an April 27 announcement.
