Airbus has entered into exclusive negotiations with Air France-KLM for the creation of a joint venture dedicated to Airbus A350 component support. The envisaged cooperation would take the form of a 50-50 joint venture between Air France and Airbus and involve the transfer of aircraft components assets belonging to both partners into the joint venture’s pool.
