Airberlin carries less passengers in December

In 2012, airberlin increased its capacity utilization rate by 1.6 percentage points over the previous year, to 79.80 percent, and was therefore able to welcome more guests on board per flight. Over the 2012 period, airberlin has reduced its capacity in a targeted manner by eliminating unprofitable routes and has optimized flight frequencies by 7.4 percent in yearly comparison.
