American Airlines is urging its pilots to vote through a comprehensive contract proposal to bring an end to the protracted pay negotiations. The airline stated on its website that “We’ve shared countless ideas with APA negotiators in an attempt to respond to pilot priorities and apply new thinking to decades-old problems.
