An Aeromexico 777-200 enroute to Madrid from Mexico City was forced to divert to Cancun due to electrical problems. The inflight entertainment system failed and the cabin lights extinguished, upon landing safely in Cancun passengers reported seeing a dent in the aircraft. Another passenger reported that the aircraft had been hit by lightning on departure from Mexico City.
