WILSON NAMED CEO OF NEW SIA LOW-COST CARRIER

Singapore Airlines has appointed Campbell Wilson as head of its new low-fare airline. Wilson, 40, has been with SIA Group for more than 15 years both in Singapore and abroad, will be founding chief executive (CEO) of the budget airline to be launched next year. He joined SIA in April 1996 in Auckland and held marketing and sales positions in New Zealand and Australia.
