ST Engineering appoints new president of ST Kinetics

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) has announced that Ravinder Singh will replace Sew Chee Jhuen as President of Singapore Technologies Kinetics (ST Kinetics). Sew will take on a new role as President for Special Projects at ST Engineering. The appointments are effective 23 March 2015.

Singh is currently Deputy President, Corporate and Market Development at Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited (ST Electronics), a role he held since joining the Group in August 2014. He will relinquish this appointment in ST Electronics. Currently, in this position, he leads the Group’s Smart Nation initiatives and will continue to do so in his new capacity.

“The appointments of Chee Jhuen and Ravinder to their new roles are part of the Group’s ongoing efforts to develop senior management executives to hold key leadership positions. I am confident that Chee Jhuen will add strength to my corporate team in ST Engineering and Ravinder will ably lead and chart ST Kinetics’ growth to a higher level,” said TAN Pheng Hock, President and CEO, ST Engineering.
