The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has ordered 30 ARJ21-700 regional aircraft from Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China (COMAC). The long-delayed aircraft is due to enter service with Chengdu Airlines in 2018 or 2019 at the earliest – eight years later than originally scheduled.
