PAG ACQUIRES AVCENTER

Precision Aviation Group (PAG), exclusive provider of ISMRO (Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), has acquired Dallas-based Avcenter, an FAA Repair Station specializing in wheels, brakes, and accessories for the aerospace industry.

The Avcenter purchase allows PAG to expand the MRO services it provides to customers operating Fixed and Rotary-wing aircraft. Avcenter has been relocated to PAG’s 65,000 square-foot facility in Atlanta.

“The acquisition of Avcenter expands the MRO capabilities of our Repair Stations in Atlanta and Vancouver, and provides enhanced MRO services for our customers,” said David Mast, president & CEO of PAG. “Avcenter has been fully integrated into PAG subsidiary Precision Avionics & Instruments (PAI). Since closing on the acquisition, we have made substantial investments in tooling, equipment, training, and inventory that have expanded Avcenter’s existing capabilities and support.”
