Bonus Tech Tears Down 1,000th Engine

AFI KLM E&M’s Bonus Tech, a company specializing in engine tear-down solutions, parts identification and packaging, recently carried out the disassembly of its one thousandth engine.

Since it was set up in 2001, Bonus Tech has developed capabilities on all the main commercial jet engines and has now passed a significant milestone when it completed the disassembly of its 1,000th engine, a CF6-80C2 owned by AAR Parts Trading, a long-term client. “Chance sometimes does things well, as AAR was Bonus Tech’s first CF6-50C2 client, and we are pleased to have been able to experience this symbolic milestone with them,” commented Vincent Benoit, Bonus Tech CEO. “The trust bestowed on us by AAR and other major clients, including General Electric and Pratt & Whitney, testifies to the high performance levels of our services and the care and attention we lavish on the needs of our customers.”
