AJW Technique streamlines new centre of repair excellence and is on track to open early 2013

AJW Technique is ramping up restart programme at Montréal facility even though it is just two months since A J Walter Aviation completed its purchase of the component business of Aveos Fleet Performance. The transition to a fully functioning world class repair workshop for Airbus and Boeing aircraft components is being fast tracked. Part of this process has been to alter the footprint of the building to provide more efficient workflows. “It was evident to us from our first visit that even though the facility was very spacious there was significant opportunity to improve process flows and enhance operational efficiency”
