On May 19 2017, Minsheng Financial Leasing (MSFL) closed the commercial financing of four A320-200 bearing the MSNs 5744, 5807, 5893 and 5898. The aircraft are on lease to IndiGo. Crédit Agricole CIB (CACIB) acted as mandated lead arranger, facility agent and security trustee and the Korea Development Bank (KDB) acted as arranger. CACIB and KDB acted as Lenders in the commercial loan.
