Russian manufacturer United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) is to place series 01 bonds worth RUB 46.280bn (approximately $1.48 billion) following a decision by the board of directors. Some 46.280 million bonds with a par value of RUB 1,000 ($31.9) will be placed by public subscription. The nine-year bonds will be organised in the form of sale and purchase deals on Micex.
