Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing (SMFL) and Sumitomo have reached an agreement through which SMFL will acquire 65% of the shares of Sumisho Aero Engine Lease (SAEL) from Sumitomo. The acquisition still needs to be approved by the relevant authorities.
