SIA takes delivery of final A380

Singapore Airlines (SIA) has taken delivery of its final A380. SIA was launch customer for the aircraft type, but now has no more on order. The carrier is reported to be in talks with Airbus concerning its outstanding options for the A380.
Since 1972, SIA has bought 112 A380s and 747s – it retired its final 747 in April.
SIA has firm orders remaining for 20 A350s, 20 787s, 15 A330s, and eight 777s, as well as options for 20 A350s, 20 787s and six A380s.
It does have an order for 54 737s but that is through its regional arm SilkAir, which was announced in August.
