Disappointing punctuality figures for easyJet

Figures released from the UK Civil Aviation Authority show that one in ten easyJet flights were 10 minutes late on average and flights between London and Edinburgh were almost 20 minutes late on average in the period between January and June this year.

Last year’s figures for the low cost carrier were slightly better with easyJet flights being 11 minutes late on average. The average delay for British Airways flights was nine minutes.
