Manston Airport based in Kent, UK, can now be developed into a dedicated air freight facility after a court of appeal against the development consent order (DCO) was dismissed in May 2024. The first application was made in 2018 by RiverOak Strategic Partners (RSP) before a DCO was granted by the UK department of transport in 2020. That DCO was challenged and then redecided two years later. A resident then subsequently appealed against the DCO.
