Philippine Airlines (PAL) will deploy customer profiling and personalisation solution, Amadeus Traveller DNA. The software solution will offer real-time and comprehensive traveller data to the airline. “The importance of providing a complete picture of travellers so airlines can offer them a more personalized experience cannot be understated,” said Amadeus SVP, head of southeast Asia, India subcontinent and greater China Jonathan Tong.
