Lilium has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bao’an District of Shenzhen municipality, China for opening of a regional Lilium headquarters to establish eVTOL service in China. Lilium initially plans to operate the eVTOL in Guangdong–Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with a population of over 85 million people with plans to grow across China and the broader Asia-Pacific region. The regional HQ will represent Lilium in China and Asia-Pacific to facilitate Lilium Jet sales, services, and support.
