JACOBS ENGINEERING BUYS SULA SYSTEMS

Jacobs Engineering has acquired Sula Systems for an undisclosed sum. The company hopes Sula will help to boost Jacobs Engineering’s position in the UK defence and aerospace market. Sula Systems provides systems engineering and technical services on large, complex programs and projects to clients in the UK defence and aerospace markets. It also provides services relating to civil airliners and space-based subsystems.
