FIRST TEST FLIGHT FOR SUPERJET 100

Sukhoi’s Superjet 100 made its first test flight yesterday. Pilots Alexander Ivanov and Alexander Kochetkov tested the engines, systems and equipment performance having confirmed the aircraft characteristics within operational range. After a series of factory checks, the SSJ100 SN 95007 will fly to Moscow for operational route proving tests. The aircraft is set to be delivered to Armavia.
