Boeing is planning to review commercial aircraft prices later this year due to the rise in the cost of materials and the desire to increase protection rates. Boeing expects demand for widebody orders to pick up over the next three years and needs to boost production to meet that demand. The US manufacturer already increased prices by an average of 5.2% in December to counter the impact of higher wage and material costs.
