AerSale receives Boeing 737NG STC for its enhanced flight vision system

Integrated aftermarket services and products provider AerSale has received a FAA Supplementary Type Certificate (STC) for its ‘AerAware’ Enhanced Flight Vision System (EFVS). The STC applies to the 737NG product line. AerAware’s certification is the result of a collaboration with Universal Avionics, an Elbit Systems company, to develop what AerSale describes as ‘a user-controlled combined vision system that substantially increases situation awareness during all phases of flight including low visibility operations’.
