The target certification date of Airbus A320 passenger-to-freighter (PTF) conversion programme has been delayed until late 2012. work was supposed to b egin in January but the economic downturn led the manufacturer to push the programme back first until the end of 2011 and now to the end of 2012. AerCap is the launch customer for the A320PTF programme with an order for 30 conversions.
