The UK Court of Appeal has ruled in favor of the Competition Commission’s ruling that UK airports operator BAA must sell Stansted Airport. BAA has vowed to challenge the decision in the Supreme Court. “We are disappointed that the Court of Appeal has ruled in favor of the Competition Commission. We will now consider its judgment carefully and we intend to submit an appeal to the Supreme Court.”
