The operators of Airone Ltd, trading as REDjet, commercial air services, which launched legal action against the Civil Aviation Authority of Trinidad and Tobago and Amral Mohammed, in his capacity as chairman of the Air Transport Licensing Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, have agreed to a mutually-acceptable settlement. The terms of the settlement will remain private but it is clear the regulatory authorities are satisfied that all the stringent regulatory requirements including safety have been fulfilled.
