Having now received a copy of the 55-page dossier presented to Capitol Hill than claims Gulf Carriers have been benefitting from illegal state subsidies, Emirates has pulled together a top team of legal, strategic and financial experts to assist it in debunking the allegations and in defence of the US-Middle East open skies policy. President Tim Clark will meet with US government representatives soon in Washington DC to defend the airline and head off any changes the open skies policy.
