The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has released reports that show that the Chinese civil aviation industry saw a total turnover volume of 35.38 billion ton kilometers, up 11.1% compared with the same period last year, while passenger volume and cargo traffic climbed 10.7% and 6.0% year-on-year to 186 million and 2.788 million tons respectively.
