BOC Aviation Limited appointed Thomas (Tom) Chandler as the Chief Operating Officer in place of David Walton who announced his retirement towards the end of June after spending nine years with BOC Aviation. In the new role Chandler will oversee Technical, Procurement, IT, Legal and Transaction Management and Compliance and Insurance Departments.
